Six stages, repeated in every program, so learning is measured rather than assumed.
Classroom and site, together
Theory sessions establish the fundamentals — systems, components, standards and the reasoning behind procedures. Practical sessions then put learners in front of equipment, tools and simulated work scenarios drawn from real site conditions.
Assessment happens at the end of each module, not only at the end of the course, so gaps are corrected while there is still time to fix them. Feedback is individual, and learners leave with a record of what they have demonstrated.
